Bethany's Restaurant and Cafe is located in Palmerston North's beautifully renovated Square and has some of the best views of any restaurant in town. It has seating upstairs, downstairs and outside. Upstairs provides a sweeping view of the square and can seat up to 120 people.

Prior to establishing Bethany’s, Executive Head Chef Reuben Leung Wai was regarded as one of the top Chefs in London. From his early days as Sous Chef at “Rules” (the oldest restaurant in London) to his appointment as Head Chef of the busiest restaurant in the UK (Browns Restaurant and Bar) Reuben’s highly distinguished career eventually culminated in his appointment as Food Development Manager for "Mitchells and Butlers" (operators of managed pubs, bars and restaurants across the entire UK).

Bethany's food includes an eclectic mix of English and Mediterranean food with some occasional Island surprises and each dish is a veritable feast for the senses!
