I have always had a passion for fitness and exercise, playing a number of different sports for the past 16 years. This has stayed with me after school years and continued into tertiary studies where i completed a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree majoring in Physical Activity, Health and wellness. I am currently completing Post Graduate study In Physical Conditioning.
I have a passion for helping people get fit and seeing them achieve their goals. Having a cross fit background gives me a vast knowledge of movements and exercises for both strength, conditioning and weight loss. I specialises in women’s health & fitness, and group training and love the challenges this brings.
