In 2010 I was awarded the Bayleys Ruapehu Residential Marketing Award and is the recipient of the Bayleys Ruapehu Sales Person Award for 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 and the Silver Achievers Club Award. Each of these accolades recognised that with effective marketing I consistently achieved the best possible results for my clients. My previous 20 year career in dental therapy and raising three daughters makes all the difference in this industry where it is important to be a skilled communicator. I am able to deal with a range of different personalities, ages and socio-economic groups due to my experiences in small town New Zealand.

I have lived in the Waimarino for thirty years and am extremely enthusiastic about the area. I believe the area offers a diverse range of opportunities for property investment. From the beautiful outdoor playground, encompassing two National Parks (Whanganui and Tongariro) comes a huge potential - vastly untapped.

I enjoys a range of sports year round in this area including skiing, tramping, tennis and swimming.
