Leon Thomas Photography 2.01

My name is Leon Thomas and I am married with three wonderful girls and live in Rotorua - a very cool place to live. I have a fun nature and love to have a good laugh. I am very much a family man and believe that family is the most important thing.


Your wedding is one of the most important and memorable days of your life. Being married myself, I know how important your photos are. I pride myself on listening to your vision and making sure that the big day is all about the bride the groom and your guests and not the wedding photographer. Your photos should be fun and I do a great job to take all the stress out of this part of your wedding day so you can focus on having an amazing time.

Every photographer has there own flavor and I am no different. My background is as a graphic artist, I have been in the film & Television industry over 18 years and I have been lucky enough to work with Sir Peter Jackson & Alex Funke on King Kong & Damn Busters, which I do have to say was a real privilege. Over this time I have worked hard on my still photography skills, learning off the great people that I have been able to work with.

I love how you can catch a moment in time with a photograph that has the ability to tell a story for you to visit over & over again as you open your precious wedding album.
