Pūrotu Health & Wellness was founded by Moana Wakefield in 2012 and is based in Porirua. Pūrotu Health & Wellness is mobile personal training service. Our sessions can be in your home, outdoors or you can come to me.

I am a REP's registered trainer. REP's operates a registration body for exercise professionals, exercise facilities and education providers in New Zealand and is the recognised standard to ensure safe and effective exercise advice.

I am a fully qualified massage therapist with 15 years experience.
