I would love everyone to share on this page and to start a WAVE across the world and bring about more JOY on a daily basis. A little bit about me....... I work with people who are brave and courageous enough to look at themselves and make a conscious decision to say to themselves "its time for me..." whatever that may mean to you. I have learnt that our feelings are our guidance system and that life is experiential based on our feelings.... our vibes that we put out there. I am learning that its ok to cry... to grieve and to allow.... as this brings about healing within ourselves. I love life and every moment of everyday is precious. I am learning to be more present in each of these moments.... and that LIFE is a Journey......
